The espresso martini craze isn’t slowing down anytime soon, and Boston is taking the obsession to a whole new level.
Alibi Bar & Lounge at The Liberty Hotel has transformed its outdoor patio into Boston’s first Espresso Martini Garden, a seasonal open-air destination called “Sentenced to Sip.” Alibi describes it as “a seasonal patio experience dedicated to the art of the espresso martini… the first of its kind in Boston.”

According to Mass Live, “Playing on its prison origins, Alibi Bar & Lounge at The Liberty Hotel opened its Sentenced to Sip Espresso Martini Garden on Saturday, June 13th.”
And I have to admit, I’m a little heartbroken that I just discovered this, because summer is already on its way out. How did I not know there was an entire garden in Boston dedicated to espresso martinis?!
