Teens and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities had a chance to give an obstacle course their all today and make some memories along the way, thanks to a new initiative from the barber national institute.
on Saturday afternoon, the barber national institute started a new chapter: the first-ever lake Erie odyssey obstacle course. more than 200 athletes gave it their all at Waldameer park. participants chose their own challenges and moved at their own pace.
each course had a unique challenge, letting everyone make new memories. but most of all, it turned the park into a supportive space where every athlete felt a sense of belonging…
