MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — Witnesses recalled hearing what sounded like fireworks outside a Murfreesboro hotel Friday evening moments before the parking lot filled with police cars, fire trucks and ambulances.
Four Murfreesboro police officers opened fire on a man armed with a hatchet outside the Clarion Inn & Suites in the 2200 block of Old Fort Parkway, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
