Nearly 60 residents took to the streets of Clover Commons in Plum last week to protest their rising land rent.
The quiet modular-home community in Plum has housed residents 55 and older for nearly 40 years. Now, folks that have lived there for decades are pinching pennies as they brace themselves for an 11% rent increase.
