RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A multi-vehicle crash has caused massive delays on Interstate 95 in Richmond on Saturday evening.
On Saturday, Sept. 12, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) 511 website reported a multi-vehicle crash on I-95 in Richmond just after the Chamberlayne Avenue exit that has caused significant delays for motorists.
As of 9 p.m., all lanes have reopened.
