CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – One person was shot Sunday afternoon near the Spectrum Center in uptown Charlotte, police said.
Police were called to East Trade Street shortly after 12 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13.
Officers arrived to find a gunshot victim with life-threating injuries, police said. Medics responded to the area and took the victim to a local hospital where they later died from their injuries…
