Developer plans $55M hotel in Downtown Cincinnati historic building

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A Kansas City, Mo.-based developer is changing its plans for a historic downtown Cincinnati building from apartments to a new Series by Marriott boutique lifestyle hotel.

Sunflower Development Group plans to convert the Cincinnati Club building to a $55 million, 150-room hotel, with construction starting next year, founding partner Jason Swords told the Business Courier.
