KISSIMMEE, Fla. — The Salvation Army of Osceola County is asking for community donations as more families turn to its Mobile Food Pantry for assistance.
The organization launched the pantry on June 5 and served 25 households during its first distribution. It served 19 families in July and 41 in August. Forty-two families preregistered for the September distribution, representing a 68% increase compared with the program’s first month.
