CONYERS — Rockdale County Commissioner Doreen Williams plans to recuse herself from upcoming rezoning decisions involving Grind Capital after a resident raised concerns about the company’s reported sponsorship of an event hosted by Williams.
County Attorney Qadar Baig confirmed the planned recusal in an email to Conyers resident Ann Sapp following her questions about Williams’ participation in decisions involving the proposed Project Rockforge data center campus.
