ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — St. Pete College celebrated 99 years this Saturday at their annual SPC Day.
The celebration was held at the college’s Midtown Center and all along the deuces corridor. The event ran from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday. Vendors, performers and a block party are all part of the celebration.
Harold Simmons is one of the performers for the event; he is also a head custodian at the school. Simmons said his contribution to the school and the celebration is a reflection of what SPC is all about…
