EAST ARCADIA — Two men face felony charges after investigators say repeated break-ins at the recently closed East Arcadia Primary School resulted in the theft or destruction of 14 air-conditioning units and more than $200,000 in estimated losses.
Brandon Johnson Inman and Forrest Ray Kelly have each been charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny following an investigation by the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office.
