LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Transportation and Utilities announced that portions of several streets will close the week of Sept. 14.
South 48th Street between Cotner Boulevard and Sumner Street will close Monday for a Lincoln on the Move street improvement project. This closure will run through winter 2026. Access to homes in the area and the hospital will be maintained. StarTran Route 53-SouthPointe will be detoured during this work.
Van Dorn Street between Normal Boulevard and 70th Street will close Monday for pavement repairs. This work is expected to be completed by Friday, Sept. 25. Access to homes and businesses in the area will be maintained…
