SHREWSBURY – After a bankruptcy, a Shrewsbury cannabis purveyor is changing hands.
VeriLife, located at 939 Boston Turnpike, will be under new ownership. After VeriLife’s parent company, Pharmacannis Massachusetts, Inc., went into bankruptcy, an auction was held. MiLou Shrewsbury LLC bought the company’s assets and licenses.
