There are new rules for two-wheelers — particularly of the electric variety — traversing the streets of Kirkwood.
The Kirkwood City Council last week adopted an overhaul of the city’s code governing traditional bicycles, electric and motorized bicycles, and any other alternative personal vehicles including electric scooters, skateboards and the like.
