TAYLORSVILLE, Utah, Sept. 14, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Several juveniles were arrested early Sunday after a police pursuit involving a stolen car ended when officers used a PIT maneuver on the U-201 on-ramp from Redwood Road.
The incident began about 2 a.m. when a Taylorsville police officer spotted two vehicles being driven recklessly in what initially appeared to be a possible road-rage incident, Sgt. Griffith told Gephardt Daily.
The officer attempted to stop one of the vehicles, but its driver fled. Police did not pursue because officers knew only of traffic violations at the time, Griffith said…
