LARCHWOOD—A 69-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, woman was arrested about 3:25 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, on a Lyon County warrant for fourth-degree theft.
The arrest of Robin Marie Schrupp stemmed from an incident about 3:55 p.m. Sunday, July 26, at Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort northwest of Larchwood, according to the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
