A family-run restaurant has ended operations in Lehigh County as its owner plans to open a new tasty venture later this week.
Katie’s Country Kitchen, a full-service restaurant offering freshly prepared dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, permanently closed on Monday at 4804 Route 309 in the Schnecksville section of North Whitehall Township.
Owner Katie Macalush told 69 News that she plans to open a new eatery, H & H at the Boulevard, at 6 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at 59 Blakeslee Blvd. Dr. E. in Lehighton.
