LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Virginia State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two people after rocks thrown from a highway overpass left windshields damaged.
According to state police, the unidentified suspects threw rocks from the Sycolin Road overpass onto the Dulles Greenway during the early morning hours of Sept. 7, striking drivers below.
