Washington Heights Man Beaten Unconscious Inside Radio Tower Hotel, NYPD Hunts Attacker

A 48-year-old man was punched twice in the face early Sunday, June 14, inside 500 West 181st Street in Washington Heights, falling to the ground and hitting his head before losing consciousness, according to NYPD Crime Stoppers. The attack happened at roughly 1:18 a.m. after an unidentified individual approached the victim and engaged him in a verbal dispute, and the assailant then fled the scene in a gray Acura, leaving the victim in critical condition.

NYPD Crime Stoppers, which posted the wanted notice, says the confrontation escalated quickly: after the verbal exchange, the unidentified individual struck the victim in the face two times, causing him to fall, before leaving the location and fleeing to parts unknown, according to NYPD Crime Stoppers
