Charleston County proposes new stormwater rules, asks public to weigh in

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — Charleston County is updating its stormwater design manual for the first time since 2017, proposing new standards to reduce flooding, protect wetlands and improve water quality.
