MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) — Less than one month after one of the Mount Pleasant Police Department’s Flock Safety cameras was cut down off of Highway 41, another camera appears to have been cut down over the weekend, though this most recent one belonged to a business rather than law enforcement.
The black pole holding the camera and its solar panel, once located off of Mazzy Lane not far from Mount Pleasant’s Towne Centre, was noticed laying on the ground by a Mount Pleasant police officer who was responding to the area for a different call around 11:15 Saturday morning, according to a police report obtained by News 4.
