PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WRBL) — Phenix City officials announced on Monday that the city’s utilities department is closing a section of 21st Avenue effective immediately due to emergency utility repairs.
The area between Crawford Road and 16th Place will remain closed until the project is completed.
Officials said dates and times are subject to change due to weather.
