The Arizona man who allegedly took two Rock Port girls from Atchison County to St Joseph and was eventually taken into custody in Evansville, Indiana has been informed of the federal charges he now faces.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Western District of Missouri announced 22-year-old Dustin Hill of Florence. Arizona was indicted by a federal grand jury with charges related to enticement of a minor. The charges include attempted enticement of a minor, travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct, transportation of a minor to engage in sexual activity, and the transfer of obscene material to a minor. He made is initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Kansas City last week.
The indictment alleges that between September 6 and Sept. 20, 2025, Hill, using a means of interstate commerce, attempted to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity. Hill traveled from the State of Arizona to the state of Missouri and then transported the minor from Missouri to the state of Kentucky with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct.
