City of Pittsburgh recreation centers will extend their operating hours on days when Pittsburgh Public Schools are closed or scheduled for early dismissal.
The expanded schedule aims to support local families by bridging care coverage free of charge.
Under the expanded schedule, recreation centers will open at 8 a.m. on full-day school closures and at 11:30 a.m. on early dismissal days.
