Stolen vehicle pursuit ends with arrest in Pacific Beach, police say

(FOX 5/KUSI) — A police pursuit involving an allegedly stolen vehicle ended on the Pacific Beach boardwalk and resulted in the hospitalization of a woman and the arrest of a person.

San Diego Police confirmed to FOX 5/KUSI that a 25-year-old woman was struck by the vehicle on the boardwalk, between Reed Avenue and Thomas Avenue.

Police said that lifeguards were the first to respond to the woman, who was eventually taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
