SAINT GABRIEL — Officials from East Iberville Elementary and High School released a statement on Monday regarding a threat that was made against the school.
According to school officials, they were made aware of the threat following a report by the Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office. The individual responsible for the threatening post has since been identified, with the sheriff’s office addressing the matter. The student involved will not be on campus as of Monday.
