WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Hutchinson officials said Monday that they have formally accepted the resignations of City Manager Enrico Villegas and City Attorney Cody Smith.
Villegas and Smith abruptly quit Wednesday, but officials said neither had submitted a formal resignation letter at the time.
City leaders said that operations and services are continuing as normal and that the city council is working to ensure continuity of leadership.
