Meridian’s Mayor, Robert Simison has issued a statement over the growing concern of the growing rat activity in Ada County which prompted a public meeting earlier this month.
Back on Sept. 2nd, the Ada County Commission held a public meeting focused on rats, bringing together public health officials, city representatives, extermination professionals and members of the public to begin forming a response to the issue. The discussion was driven by resident reports, observations and questions about how to address rat activity at the city, county and statewide levels.
