A Eugene man was arrested over the weekend after stealing a Tesla and driving it to a stranger’s home, where he planned to drink a beer and take a shower, the Eugene Police Department said.
According to police, the man was unable to enter the home and was standing in the driveway when police arrived.
At 12:15 p.m. September 12, Eugene police were dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle. The owner of the Tesla was able to track the vehicle on the Tesla app to an address on Waite Street…
