Advocates are officially launching their campaign to pass new penny taxes in Greenville County, hoping the fourth time will be the charm.

Greenville County and the cities of Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin and Travelers Rest have each placed a 1 percent sales-and-use tax on the November ballot, and local leaders have formed the nonprofit Investing for Greenville’s Future to lead the charge…
