Lanoha is developing a 150,000 sq. ft. office building at The Row, a walkable, mixed-use district in the center of Heartwood Preserve. The new building will serve as the future headquarters for Koley Jessen, an Omaha law firm currently officing at One Pacific Place.
Located at 145th & Canopy Avenue, directly west of the 18-acre Heartwood Park, the new Class-A office building will bring one of Omaha’s leading law firms to a prominent location within the 500-acre Heartwood Preserve development.
Lanoha will lead the development of the building, working alongside Koley Jessen to create a workplace designed around the firm’s vision, culture and future growth. Construction is expected to begin in late 2027, with completion anticipated at the beginning of 2030…
