SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — Springfield police are investigating a confrontation involving a juvenile and a woman wielding a firearm after a dispute between two families escalated Sunday afternoon.
McKenzie Cadena says the confrontation followed ongoing problems involving her younger children and a group of older kids. She says her children called her while she was at work, telling her they were being harassed and chased at a park.
