MEDICAL LAKE, Wash. — A Medical Lake business owner who lost both her flower shop and duplex in a fire still found a way to give back for the 25th anniversary of 9/11.
Leslie Smith, the owner of a flower shop in Medical Lake, watched her duplex and shop burn down. Even after that loss, she handcrafted three 24-inch wreaths for the anniversary.
