LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Breckinridge Metropolitan High School has opened a new in-house barbershop, the first barbershop at an alternative school in Jefferson County.
The school partnered with Sharp Futures Foundation, a nonprofit that uses grooming sessions to provide mentorship and mental health support. The school said the space is intended to help students access personal care at no cost while also encouraging attendance.
