25-year-old William O’Brien, of Kingston, MA, plead guilty to Second Degree Murder, Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm and Ammunition in the Fall River Superior Court on September 10, 2026.
The defendant was sentenced by the Honorable Thomas Perrino to serve a Life Sentence with parole eligibility at 22 years on the Murder charge and 2.5-5 years concurrent on the firearms charge. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Patrick Driscoll and Daniel Walsh.
