CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – Chesterfield leaders said the first phase of a plan to extend Powhite Parkway is expected to start by the end of the year or by early 2027.
During a Chesterfield Board of Supervisors meeting in August, Transportation Director Chessa Walker gave an update to the board about the project, which includes advertising a construction contract for phase one of the extension this month.
