RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The RVA East End Festival is set to return this month with food vendors, exhibitors and more.
The event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the 17th Street Market. The festival will feature Student Showcase of Richmond Public Schools East End students, a Kids Zone and musical performances.
There is no charge to attend the festival, but organizers said donations are appreciated…
