TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man charged in a deadly Toledo shooting has been arrested out of state, police said.
Elmer Winter, 56, was arrested in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Aug. 21, according to police records. He was wanted on charges of murder and felonious assault in the fatal shooting of 44 year old Leon Oldham.
