BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Central Pastor Tony Spell was back in court Tuesday for a bond review following his June arrest on a second-degree battery charge.
Spell has not yet been formally charged in the case.
Attorney says case remains under review
His attorney, Jeff Wittenbrink, said Tuesday’s hearing was a check-in with the court on the status of the case and Spell’s bond.
“He’s not yet been charged. The case has not been billed,” Wittenbrink said. “He was arrested and out on bond. That’s his status.”…
