EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An 18-year-old man was arrested for unlawful restraint after an argument broke out between him and a 16-year-old in Horizon City, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Just before 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10, officers responded to a residence on Cactus Crossing Drive regarding a reported domestic disturbance.
After investigating, officers reportedly learned that Benjamin Dean Arroyos physically restrained the 16-year-old juvenile, picking them up and carrying them inside the residence against their wishes…
