PAPILLION, Neb. (WOWT) – A Plattsmouth man arrested after an alleged road rage incident has been sentenced to prison.
Brent Swigart was sentenced to 15-25 years in prison for the charges of attempted second-degree murder and attempted first-degree assault. Court documents say he must serve at least seven-and-a-half years in prison.
Swigart was initially charged with four felonies, but entered a plea deal in June.
