SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A number of major infrastructure improvements in northeast Springfield are now complete.
Leaders from government and local business took part in a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday morning near Springfield Underground.
The event celebrated the widening of Le Compte Road and the extension of Eastgate Avenue. The improvements will help pave the way for a mixed-use development in the area.
