KALIHI, Hawaii (Island News) — Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) crews have been seen working on the reconstruction of the Gulick Avenue overpass spanning the H-1 Freeway.
Along the street, the owner of Matsumoto’s Okazuya by JV Kitch said they will continue to keep their doors open for business since the pedestrian walkway will be accessible.
Starting Monday, Sept. 21st, Gulick Avenue will be fully closed to Beckley Street in Kalihi from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays…
