Phenix City approves purchase of Troy Riverfront Campus

PHENIX CITY, Ala. (WTVM) – Phenix City is one step closer to giving a vacant campus a new life and solving a space problem for its school system.

The city council gave final approval Tuesday night to buy the empty Troy University Riverfront Campus, with plans to sell it to the Phenix City Board of Education.
