Proposed Fairborn apartment complex raises resident concerns

FAIRBORN, Ohio (WDTN) – According to census data, Fairborn is the fifth-fastest-growing city in Ohio, leading city leaders to claim they need more housing. However, some current residents aren’t happy with the proposed locations.

A developer wants to buy a lot on Commerce Street to create 114 multi-family units on 15 acres. However, some residents are pushing back against that idea.
