Multiple Fire Departments Rushed to Bobbie Way as Rohnert Park House Fire Spread to Garage
Late Sunday night, two adults and two children in Rohnert Park had no idea that within hours, they would have nothing to go back to.
A fire broke out at a home on the 7500 block of Bobbie Way on September 13, 2026, around 10:30 PM. By the time it was over, both the house and the garage were destroyed. So was every sense of normal this family had.
What Happened That Night
The Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety received multiple 911 calls just after 10:30 PM. First responders arrived to find flames coming from the front of the home and the garage simultaneously.
It was serious enough that a second alarm was called. Four agencies responded: Rohnert Park DPS, Sonoma County Fire, Petaluma Fire, and Gold Ridge Fire. They contained the blaze and stopped it from spreading to neighboring homes…
