A street artist in San Antonio, Texas, was drawing on the sidewalk. With chalk in hand, he then saw a man driving his truck toward him, which he interpreted as a sign of intimidation. The driver called the police on him, and, shockingly, they arrived at the scene particularly quickly.

Bro was trying to use his truck as intimidation all speeding up silly like he did…he had a thin blue line flag on his back windows…maybe he used to be a cop? I dk why else 2 cruisers would show up in 11 minutes and a third in under 15 minutes.
