ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The Grove business district continues to attract new businesses and visitors. This fall, several new establishments are opening up along Manchester Ave.
One new place is Damn Fine Anytime, a second location for Madeline Hissong and her partner Gene Baily, who own Damn Fine Handpies in the Shaw neighborhood. A search for commissary space led them to a storefront in the Grove along Tower Grove Avenue and Manchester, formerly Vincent Van Doughnut.
