BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – Crime Stoppers is asking the public for tips in connection with a fatal shooting outside a far West Side apartment complex.
Authorities say Franky Garza, 24, was found with a gunshot wound on May 6, 2026, outside the Sienna at Westover Hills complex in the 11800 block of Potranco Road.
