CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Concord man has been sentenced for two armed robberies in south Charlotte, according to Russ Ferguson, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.
Based on court documents and the sentencing hearing, on March 26, 2025, Christopher Donte McLean, 37, entered a branch of Fifth Third Bank on South Boulevard wearing a hat and a surgical mask. McLean posed as a customer and inquired about opening a business account.
